Adhere to the Rules
There’s no denying Vietnam is a special place, and as such, they have their own special rules. Not that there’s anything extraordinary about public urination – that is prohibited in many places around the world, and even illegal in some countries. However, while the rule might not be unique, they have a special way to signal it.
In some places, you might see a sign that says the same thing, but in Vietnam, instead of using words to indicate “no peeing,” they simply draw scissors. We can’t say that for certain, but we have a feeling this is supposed to be some kind of a threat – you know, what might happen to the perpetrator.
