#30: Loosen That Lower Back
Here’s a hack that a lot of us could learn from. Back pain comes to us all in time; if you’re not feeling it yet, just give it time. Eventually, you will reach that point in your life where if you sleep in a position that’s even a little bit odd, you will feel it like crazy when you wake up in the morning.

One way to help lower back pain is to stretch it out a little. Personally, I like touching my toes because I don’t have the arm strength to hold myself up, but if you can hold yourself in the position this hack describes, this is a great solution—let your body’s own weight stretch you out!
