#15: Stretch It Out
One of the most annoying things about getting older is the way that the very slightest thing—like sleeping in an odd position—can basically wreck your back the next day. But If you think that’s something that you just have to suffer through, think again!

As someone who wakes up with a sore back most mornings, I can really attest to the validity of this one. Some mornings, a good stretch is the only thing that gets me up on my feet. And if you find that a little stretching in the morning helps you out, consider trying yoga. That really helps with back pain.
