#40: The More You Know
This one isn’t much of a hack but an interesting fact about the human body. One person claims that we’d sooner die from lack of sleep than lack of food. Depending on your health level, you can leave for months without food (the exact number changes from one person to another).

However, according to estimates, humans will die of lack of sleep within only two weeks. Of course, we don’t know if this is true, and I don’t think anyone’s ever tried it! Even if it won’t kill you, lack of sleep is highly recommended, as it will have dire effects on your body and mental health.
