#4: Stay Hydrated
What’s the first thing that you eat or drink when you wake up? Is it sugary cereal? Is it coffee? Is it yesterday’s cold, leftover pizza? Look, I’m not here to knock the delights of leftover pizza, but there might be better options for the first thing in the morning.

Staying hydrated is so important, and it’s great to get your day started with water. Personally, I find that drinking water tends to wake me up, so this could be a great solution for those mornings when you’re feeling groggy and having trouble focusing.
