Have you ever had a panic attack or started feeling increased anxiety in a public place? It’s usually not a very pleasant experience for anyone. If you were on your own, you could go somewhere quiet and have a lie-down, but sometimes you’re in a situation where that’s just not possible.

The next time it happens to you, give this idea a try! I can’t attest to it personally, but this writer swears by putting a cold water bottle on your face. Even if you don’t have a water bottle, I imagine that anything cold would work.
