#47: Questionable Techniques
People always look for new and easy ways to lose weight; of course, we all know one sure-fire way to lose weight is to exercise regularly and diet (or limit our calorie intake), it can take a lot of time to see results this way, and people usually lose their patience or aren’t motivated enough to put in the work.

So, we’re looking for easier ways to lose weight that don’t include working out or dieting. As this person suggests, one way to lose weight is to eat ice on a regular basis. Now, I haven’t tried this before so I can’t speak as to the results, but this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this. Also, is it just me or does this sound a bit dangerous?
