#2: Pleasant Pullups
Here’s a tip that I am going to try the next time I’m in the gym. Being able to do pullups is super useful; not only is it good exercise, but it’s a movement that’s useful in climbing. But oh my goodness, actually doing them is just about the most difficult thing I can imagine. Every time I try, I want to just drop to the floor and cry a little.

And I know I can’t be the only one! So, I’m definitely going to try this hack. Sometimes, doing something difficult is just about changing your mindset and your perspective. If changing how you think about pull-ups makes them easier to do, I will definitely give that a go!
