#10: Tiptoe Through the Tulips
Want to strengthen your calves? Raising up on your toes, and even walking that way, can really help to strengthen those muscles. This is useful because most of us don’t walk this way, sore calf muscles don’t get exercise this way very often.
I do want to give a word of warning with this one, though. While this can be a useful exercise to do occasionally, I wouldn’t necessarily follow this person’s advice of doing it every time you were going without shoes. Prolonged periods of walking on tiptoe can actually hurt your feet over time. So do it sometimes, but not all the time.
