Rice Pancake Cooker
What does this picture look like to you? If you said, “Japanese pancakes,” you’re not wrong. Well, you’re more wrong than you are right. These are actually pancakes made in a rice cooker. How do you go about making pancakes in a rice cooker?
Grease the rice cooker bowl with butter or cooking spray before pouring in around one inch of your pancake batter. Press the Cook button and wait until it switches from Cook to Warm mode. Let it warm for an additional 10-15 minutes, and voila! It’s not always going to come out as fancy as the pancakes in this picture, but it’ll be close enough.
