Scrambled Hard-Boiled Eggs
Trust us: scrambled hard-boiled eggs taste a lot better than they look. However, we will admit that they look like an abomination that would send anyone to the guillotine if they tried to serve it at the dining table. Before you plop your eggs in a pot of boiling water, here’s what you do.
Hold the egg firmly but gently in your hand, and—like many things on this list—shake, shake, shake. If you think you’ve shaken it enough, shake it for 30 additional seconds for good measure. The only drawback of this technique is that you can’t soft-boil the egg unless you like runny scrambled eggs.
