Slice and Dice More Quickly
Whenever we see professional chefs slicing and dicing herbs on a wooden cutting board, we get jealous that we’ll never be as quick or as accurate as them. However, just because we’ll never master a chef’s knife like them doesn’t mean we can’t be just as efficient.
If you want to slice dill or another herb into fine bits as a garnish, just whip out your trusty pizza cutter from the cutlery drawer. Use the cutting wheel to cut the herbs every time you push it forward and pull it back. You can get twice as much cutting done as you would with a simple chef’s knife.
