Goodbye, Soggy Breakfast Pizza!
There are two kinds of breakfast pizzas that will take your tastebuds on an adventure. The first is cold pizza straight out of the fridge. The second is reheated pizza that isn’t soggy. However, how do you reheat cold pizza straight out of the fridge without ruining the structural integrity of the crust?
Easy: you could do what Chef John on YouTube does and warm the pizza in a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Or you could microwave your pizza with a glass of water. With the power of black magic, the cup of water will prevent the crust from becoming soggy after 60-90 seconds in the microwave.
