Measuring Honey Without the Mess
When a recipe asks us to measure honey, we’re not going to do it. We usually end up measuring honey by eye, and in the end, our dish comes out tasting overly sweet or not sweet enough. That’s a much better alternative than having to clean a spoon or measuring cup of the sticky, golden sweetener.
But if we knew about this kitchen hack sooner, we wouldn’t have measured honey by eye this whole time. Generously spray your measuring utensil with nonstick cooking spray before pouring in your honey. When you pour the honey out, it’ll come out in one glop instead of leaving an impossible-to-clean residue in the cup or spoon.
