Corn Off the Cob
Shaving kernels off an ear of corn can be as dangerous as it is satisfying. However, the danger factor is usually way higher than the satisfying factor, which is why you need to exercise caution when doing this. Here’s how you can shave kernels off a corn cob without accidentally amputating one or more fingers.
Get a Bundt cake mold and use a moist towel or paper towels to keep the bowl in place (kitchen hack #1 on this list). Place the ear of corn in the center of the Bundt cake mold and cut the kernels off until the cob is completely bald.
