It’s so easy to get swept away by the latest and greatest technology. If some people don’t immediately get the newest iPhone or gaming system, they feel major FOMO. One person pointed out that getting a new phone or car every few years is totally unnecessary. As long as your devices are still working great and not broken, it’s not ACTUALLY necessary to buy a new one.

This is a valid point, and more people should listen to it. Getting caught up with having the hottest gadgets is exactly what companies WANT you to do! Instead, save your money and enjoy what you have. Your sense of FOMO will wear off when you look at all the money you’re saving in your bank account.
