#30: Meal Prep Master
Throwing away food that’s gone bad is not only a waste of food, it’s a huge waste of money too. Plan out your meals for the week, and make a grocery list with all the necessary ingredients. Try your best to plot out recipes that use some of the same ingredients in order to prevent food waste. If you use half a bag of spinach for one meal, plan another that uses the other half. Buying nonperishable foods, like rice, in bulk is also a huge money saver. It’s convenient, too!
