#18: Sunflower Seeds
If you want to eat healthily, you don’t need to concentrate only on fruits and vegetables. Sometimes, an old favorite snack food can surprise you! For example, if you snacked on sunflower seeds often as a kid, prepare to bring them back because you were on the right (healthy) track with them!

Sunflower seeds contain many vitamins and minerals that promote a robust immune system. Like most other foods on this list, they are good for cholesterol and blood pressure. The only major drawback is that they are pretty calorie-dense, so eating too many can cause you to gain weight. Snack responsibly.
