#7: Grapefruit
Citrus fruit is generally sweet and sometimes only a little sour (we’re looking at you, lemon!) Yet, nothing compares to the tartness of a grapefruit. You can eat one for breakfast or have a chilled grapefruit for dessert; it’s a perfect way to work on your weight loss goals.

Grapefruit is a low-calorie fruit that’s chock-full of nutrients. It has a decent amount of fiber, 15 other vitamins and minerals, and antioxidants. Eating grapefruit boosts your immune system, improves your heart health, and can prevent insulin resistance. If it’s too tart, try sprinkling a little sugar on top. Granted, it’s not as healthy, but you’ll still get some benefits.
