#21: Kiwi
A kiwi doesn’t look very impressive outside; it’s a round, brown, and hairy fruit. There is nothing here that would inspire your taste buds to start popping. However, once you cut it open, it’s a different story. The fruit’s vibrant green or yellow color inside is pretty and inviting, and the black seeds make a unique pattern.

Kiwis are an excellent way to get some vitamin C and potassium. So, if bananas aren’t your thing, try a kiwi! They are also pretty rich in fiber, which helps with digestion. Otherwise, they’re great for the immune system, hair, and skin and can battle chronic disease and aging. Who knew being healthy could be so delicious?
