As for interrupted conversations, maybe this person can try a simple hand gesture or phrase to let others know they need a moment to collect their thoughts. It’s important to remember that having ADHD doesn’t mean one is incapable of success or productivity. With the right tools and mindset, this person can learn to work with their unique strengths and overcome challenges. Keep those good intentions and daydreams alive, and remember to take it one step at a time.
