#3: Non-Stop Talking
We all have inner dialogues with ourselves throughout the day. It’s just part of being human! However, people with ADHD can have such a constant flow of internal dialogue that it interferes with their concentration and everyday lives. This person didn’t realize until recently that most people aren’t constantly talking to themselves in their heads. It’s an ADHD thing!

Internal dialogues, also known as self-talk, can be disruptive for some people. For example, this person shared that the constant talking in their head happens even when they’re trying to fall asleep. Constant self-talk can manifest itself in many different ways, such as talking to others non-stop or having obsessive thoughts.
