Picture it. You’re running late for work, scrambling to get out the door. You finally make it to your car, only to realize that you’ve forgotten your phone. Oh no! Panicked, you rush back inside to grab your phone and curse the extra five minutes it took you to leave for work. We’ve all been there, right? Now, imagine doing that almost every day! That’s the case for this person, who shared their personal ADHD struggle.
They revealed that they always leave their house about ten minutes earlier than they need to because they will inevitably forget multiple things. It’s not just their phone every once in a while. They consistently forget seven to ten things every time they leave the house! They know that forgetting things is something they struggle with, so they give themselves enough time to make up for it.
