If you are neurotypical, the concept of “caffeine naps” may be new. This person shared that caffeine has always made them sleepy, even before they were officially diagnosed with ADHD. They even like to drink a cup of coffee before bed so they can fall asleep faster! If they have an afternoon cup of joe, it makes them want to take a nap instead of power through the rest of their work day. Pretty wild, right?!
