Snowed In
As much as we love the beauty of snow and how entertaining it is to have snow fights and make snowmen, it can sometimes feel like our enemy. One of the ways snow can be a huge burden is when our car gets stuck in a snowdrift. You can shovel all the snow away from the tires, but your vehicle will still refuse to go anywhere. Why is that?
Your car won’t be able to move if the tires can’t get any friction. Thanks to the snow buildup around your wheels, your tires can’t get a grip on the surface, so they can start moving the car forward. So, the next time that happens give them something they can grip. Placing a few sticks under your tires should do the trick, or you can get some tire grip tracks to lay under your wheels. You’ll be out of there in no time!
