#70: Inazawa Grand Bowl Centre
If you’re in a bowling league, drop everything you’re doing and book a plane ticket to Inazawa City, Japan. That’s where the world’s largest bowling alley is, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. The Inazawa Grand Bowl was built in the 1970s and is still operational today. It’s huge, coming in at over 182,000 square feet.
To give you an idea of how huge that is, a football field is 57,600 square feet. That means three football fields can fit in this bowling alley with some extra wiggle room. A whopping 696 people can play a game at the same time. There are 116 consecutive bowling lanes on the same floor. To top off this amazingness, there are no supporting pillars throughout the main space of the bowling alley.
