When we were kids, we would do anything to get out of eating our spinach. Green food? Yuck. However, as adults, we can’t get enough of it. There are so many delicious ways to prepare spinach; make a salad with it, put it in a smoothie, or sautee some with garlic for a side dish.

Spinach has tons of insoluble fiber, which is great for digestion. It also has loads of potassium, which keeps nerves and muscles functioning properly. But, perhaps one of the best benefits of spinach is its iron amounts. Iron is necessary for maintaining levels of oxygen in our blood.
