#18: Sunflower Seeds
You don’t need to only concentrate on fruits and vegetables if you want to eat healthily. Sometimes, an old, favorite snack food can surprise you! For example, if you snacked on sunflower seeds a lot as a kid, prepare to bring them back because you were on the right (healthy) track with them!
Sunflower seeds have many vitamins and minerals that promote a robust immune system. As with most of the other foods we are seeing on this list, they are good for cholesterol and blood pressure. The only major drawback with this snack is that they are pretty calorie dense, so eating too many can cause you to gain weight. Snack responsibly.
