#29: Eggs
You’ve got to love the “incredible, edible egg” for the many ways you can serve it: scrambled, poached, fried, or sunny side up; it’s all delicious. And who doesn’t love a good egg sandwich for breakfast? (Served on multi-grain bread, naturally!) Of course, there are risks to eating eggs, such as negatively affecting your cholesterol, but if you use caution, you can reap the benefits of eggs.
Eggs are a fantastic way to get protein; they have all nine amino acids, which are considered the base for all protein. So, they are super good for getting your complete protein needs. And because they are such a high-quality protein, they help you feel satisfied longer, which is why a breakfast sandwich is a terrific idea; you’ll have plenty of energy to make it until lunch.
