#21: Kiwi Fruit
A kiwi doesn’t look very impressive on the outside; it’s just a round, brown, and hairy fruit. Nothing here that would inspire your taste buds to start popping. However, once you cut it open, it’s a different story. The vibrant green or yellow color of the fruit inside is pretty and inviting, and the black seeds seem to make a unique pattern.
Kiwi is an excellent way to get some vitamin C and potassium. So if bananas aren’t your thing, try a kiwi! They are also pretty rich in fiber, so they are also helpful in digestion. Otherwise, they’re great for the immune system, hair, and skin and can battle chronic disease and aging. Who knew being healthy could be so delicious?
