To Wash or Not to Wash: These Items Should Be Washed More or Less Than We Realize

Some of you are adventurous types who do a lot of off-roading, and your car gets super-duper muddy. This section won’t apply to you since your car is always dirty. You basically need a carwash every day. But for us boring sort, our vehicles are a little slower to accumulate so much dirt.

For a car that has normal use, you should be washing it about every two weeks. It doesn’t hurt your car to wash it more frequently; the only risk of damage comes from washing it incorrectly. So, be sure to use a suitable sponge and not a stiff bristle brush!
