I think we can all agree the dishwasher is the best kitchen invention ever. No more standing among a pile of suds for hours as you scrub and scrape. But sometimes, you may notice that your dishwasher isn’t as powerful as it once was. If you’re finding stuck-on food after you’ve run it through a cycle, you may need to wash your dishwasher.
Ideally, you should run a wash cycle on your dishwasher once a month. It’s pretty easy, too. Get a dishwasher-safe container and fill it with two cups of white vinegar. Place it upright on the upper rack (make sure your dishwasher’s empty!) and run it through a cycle. It’s as simple as that!
