A Sweet Replacement
Most bakers always have a container of cocoa powder in their pantry. Heck, most non-bakers usually have an entire container of it, too! So we always rely on it just being there for us and never running out. It’s such an old, reliable stand-by that we never think to check ahead of time if we are running low.
So what happens when your cocoa powder does finally get all used up? Of course, you’ll never notice it until you need to use it, so it helps to have a backup plan in place. O use Oreos instead! These classic cookies make the perfect replacement, so long as you first remove the cream filling. Then, just crush them up, and you are good to go!
