Adjust Your Pan Size
We don’t always have the proper pots and pans in our kitchens. We can only stock so many cooking supplies before running out of room and money. So when you cook a recipe that calls for something smaller than what you have, it would seem like you need to run to the store for a new one or scrap the recipe altogether, right? Not necessarily.

Try this clever cooking trick when your meal calls for a smaller container than you have. Divide your baking pan into smaller segments using aluminum foil. You will essentially create a new pan out of the foil, but with the frame of the larger pan strengthening the edges. This is also a great trick for when you are minimizing a recipe!
