The good news is that you can have a quick, nutrient-packed breakfast, and you don’t even need to wake up at the crack of dawn to prepare it! Smoothies are excellent for rushed mornings. Just put all your fruits and veggies into pre-measured Ziploc baggies to keep in your freezer until you’re ready for them. It saves a ton of time each morning!
