#29: Government Secrets
This is actually ingenious. A form of communication that is so secure that it doesn’t matter who tunes into it. I wonder if they ever just say silly things about random regular people just for the fun of knowing they might be listening in and still wouldn’t have a clue.
It’s kind of like the time my friend Matthew and I made up a secret language in the fourth grade. We would gossip and talk in front of the teachers and other kids, and no one would have the slightest idea what we were saying, even though they could hear all the words.
