Stay Physically Active
You might think that staying in your bed under several blanks all day is the best way to stay warm. We’ll admit that it’s the easiest way to keep warm, but it’s far from being the best. What you should actually do is get out of bed, put on multiple layers, and exercise.
You don’t have to follow a high-intense workout program, either. A bit of yoga, maybe some stretching, or if you have enough space, just jog around your home. If you can break a sweat, the cold wintry air will feel better on your skin. Plus, you’ll be healthier!
