#16: Not the Chinese Take Out
This is one of the reasons why I’ll always be a quiet advocate for ordering Chinese food for Christmas dinner itself. There’s no reason to take chances and risk missing out on the Holiday. If you have to get your hands on that MSG rush around holiday time, make it the focus of the festivities.

Let’s be honest; everyone’s tired of the same old hams, turkeys, and pecan pie. Wouldn’t you rather be chowing down on some chow mein? Think about how much better it would be to celebrate with wontons and fried rice. And if you really need to have food poisoning, have it on Christmas morning.
