These Wild Christmas Stories Made Us Thankful For Our Own Weird Family

Oh, if we had a penny for every child that has tried to please their parents with some sort of lovely and considerate gift and has accidentally turned up with something offensive that permanently destroys that parent’s self-worth and irreparably damages their relationship… Yeah, we’d probably have a few pennies.

This is another of those stories that start off really cute and then take a sudden turn to its traumatic ending. We’d like to suggest a fundraising campaign to get this mother and son into a professional mediation session that could hopefully provide them with some comfort and mend the wounds left by that dreadful Christmas.
