#15: Get Your Z’s In
Sure, in your 20s, it’s easy to stay up until 2 a.m., wake up with a hangover, and make it to a full day of work by 9 a.m. It’s pretty safe to say, though, that those days are behind you when you hit your forties. And even late thirties. Gone are the days of feeling great after a night of 5-6 hours of sleep.

Turning 40 means figuring out a sleep schedule and sticking to it. If you think you can handle staying out late with friends and then being a functioning member of society the next day, good for you. Give it a try, and let the rest of us know how it goes. We’ll be peacefully in bed, getting our full 8-10 hours.
