It’s true; sleeping in your 40s might hurt. You’ll probably wake up with a new ache or pain somewhere in your body with no explanation other than the fact that you went to sleep. Okay, maybe the actual act of sleeping doesn’t hurt, but getting out of bed? That’ll certainly take on new meaning in your 40s.
