Don’t Cry Over a Broken Egg
Don’t you just hate it when you find a broken egg in your carton? Sometimes no matter how careful you are, you still wind up with this accident. Eggs are just that fragile. However, you can still have it for breakfast rather than giving that egg up as a loss and waste a perfectly good egg.

Heat a pot of water on the stove, and add a little bit of white vinegar. Pour your broken egg into the water and keep stirring it in one direction for a few minutes. Your poached egg may not look like a magazine photo when you’re done, but it sure will taste yummy. Breakfast is served!
