These fitness enthusiasts will spend hours sweating it out on the treadmill, pumping iron, and doing squats, but the moment they see a flight of stairs, they freeze up like a deer in headlights.

It’s as if they think taking the stairs will undo all their hard work, or maybe they’re just too exhausted from their gym session to climb a few flights. Whatever the reason, it’s a comical sight to see these gym-goers panting and wheezing as they ascend a single floor while the rest of us opt for the stairs and get our daily workout for free.
