#13: So Bad, But So Good
Enjoying tasty food is certainly not a new phenomenon; what is new is that we have gotten so much better at making it. With modern manufacturing techniques and entire industries based on figuring out how to make food delicious and tempting to consumers, we’ve never been so good at getting people to eat things that are bad for them.

This leads to a host of health issues, but it’s really hard to get people to stop, especially as junk food is often cheaper than healthy food. It’s a major problem… and one I haven’t solved in my own life. If you have the solution to this problem, please let me know.
