It is no secret that we humans tend to get nervous from time to time. Sure, some of us might be able to withstand certain pressures and stress better than others, but there is no denying we all get a little nervous at times. We have our own way of dealing with these feelings, but we suggest trying this if you haven’t yet…

It might sound a little weird, but apparently, when chewing gum (or anything for that matter), our bodies recognize that we are relaxed and, therefore, not in any danger. If we were in danger, our bodies wouldn’t allow us to eat. Something about this almost seems too easy… But if it works, it would be a lifesaver.
