When you’re in a bad mood, one of the most annoying things to hear is probably, “Only you have the power to snap out of this.” Most of the time, when we’re in a bad mood, it isn’t always justified, and we just want people to respect our bad mood. But in reality, there are many things we can do to make ourselves feel better.

As annoying as it might be, many of the times that we are in a bad mood can be altered if we were just to tell ourselves that everything is fine. The more you tell yourself something, the more your brain is eventually going to believe it. It might seem like a silly trick, but it honestly has power.
