Employees could simply insert a coin, press a button, and receive a shot of whiskey or other alcoholic drinks.
However, as attitudes towards workplace safety and alcohol consumption evolved, these whiskey vending machines gradually disappeared from offices, and stricter regulations were put in place to promote a healthier and more productive work environment.
