#13: Basic Ice Cream Standards
One of those tidbits that we wish we’d never heard. The more time I spend on the internet (or just generally alive on this Earth), the more apparent it becomes how rampant the lack of basic OHS standards is in the hospitality and food industries. Who knows where those employees’ hands hang out all day?

Now, I’m not normally one to go on a rant, but we as a society have to ask ourselves hard questions. If Ice cream servers aren’t washing their hands, who is? We’ll just have to hold onto our only hope – that the below-freezing temperatures of our creamy treats are enough to keep the bacteria away.
