When you put your goals on paper, it’s like giving them a concrete form and making a commitment to yourself. It brings clarity to what you want to accomplish and acts as a roadmap to keep you on track.

Not only does it boost motivation, but it also serves as a constant reminder of what you’re striving for. Plus, there’s something oddly satisfying about checking off those completed goals. Personally, I haven’t tried it yet because I never know where to begin, but some people swear this habit of journaling has changed their lives.
