We could go on and on with an introduction about Dolly Parton, but we think at this point we can sum her up in a word: iconic. So when we saw that this legend has a bar, excuse us, a rooftop bar in Nashville, Tennessee, we knew we had to get the details and tell everyone we knew about it. Mostly we’re just hinting at our next road trip destination. So let’s take a look at White Limozeen, Dolly Parton’s rooftop bar!

Before we get to the good stuff, here are a few details you should know about upfront! For instance, after 7 PM, you have to be 21+ to enter and you will be required to show your ID at the door. If you’re interested in dining at a table, this is by reservation only, and you can make a reservation up to two weeks in advance. The patio is walk-in only, and seating depends on availability as well as weather conditions.
Alright, alright, now that you know the important details you need to know, let’s get into the fun stuff!
White Limozeen sits atop Graduate Nashville, which gives you the perfect city skyline backdrop for all the photos you’ll be taking. You’re welcome to hang out outside or pull up a seat at the rosy onyx bar on the inside, and coming in May of this year the Governer’s Pool will be reopening!

Let’s talk about the most important things: food and drinks! The food menu consists of traditional French presentations, but with some homestyle flair. Examples of dishes you’ll spot on the various menus include: Julie’s Ratatouille, Le Grand-Pere, Vegetable Crudite, various pastries, and assorted meats and cheeses. What we’re getting at is you certainly won’t leave hungry. Now, the cocktails are what we’re really interested in and each one is themed because leave it up to Dolly to make sure every detail is taken care of down to the cocktail themes. A few of our favorites are A Lesson in Romantics, A Glamorous Evening, Expensive Behaviour, and Queen of the Rodeo.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Nashville, The Graduate has rooms available for booking as well as other bars and restaurants within its walls. It also sits in the heart of Nashville, so you’re never very far away from doing, well, pretty much anything you want! Though it’s hard to beat lounging pink rooftop poolside sipping an ice-cold Queen of the Rodeo!
